Robert Morris University is hiring a Media Project Manager to coordinate the Academic Media Center's assignment system and cross-campus production schedule for academic, athletic, branding, and student-experience initiatives. The role manages booking of studios and equipment, leads a bi-weekly student content producers meeting, and mentors student media programs such as RMU TV and RMU Radio. Highlights Administer the AMC's Camayak assignment system, logging and distributing production requests to student media programs and RMU Ready participants. Coordinate with stakeholders across Academics, Athletics, Brand, IT, Recreation, Residential Life, and Wellness to align production schedules. Manage booking of studios, control rooms, editing suites, and equipment, resolving scheduling conflicts. Lead the bi-weekly student content producers meeting across programs like RMU TV, RMU Radio, and Sentry Media. Mentor student media programs such as the Colonial Sports Center or The Bobby Mo Game Show on content and workflow. Report project status and resource utilization to the AMC Director. Support the annual AMC Summer Retreat and year-round media skills onboarding on RMU Ready. Help the AMC Director document standardized project management processes for productions. Require at least three years of project coordination or scheduling experience, preferably in a media, broadcast, or academic setting, with a master's degree in a related field preferred. Work part-time, non-benefit-eligible hours limited to no more than 950 hours per year, with availability for evening and weekend events as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
