Job Description

The Project Coordinator is an exciting full-time entry level position, that provides the potential for advancement and growth within the company. This position works across departments to oversee projects from development through execution while reporting to the Project Manager. Your day-to-day work will consist of reviewing plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones and be able to convey that knowledge to stakeholders throughout the project cycle. Duties will also include creating documentation such as project submittals and O&Ms. ProCore construction software will be used to maintain construction drawings and track the progress of onsite work. Knowledge of Excel will greatly enhance your ability to perform in this role. The project management team is tasked with ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is the ideal role for someone who can handle multiple demands and assignments and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently; can listen effectively and solicit input from others; can quickly learn, interpret, and implement new technologies. You will work for some of the largest companies in the world and some of the smallest businesses just around the corner; diversity that provides job security, opportunity for advancement, and a career path to a comfortable retirement Job Requirements: Job Duties Include: Managing projects timelines and milestones through use of ProCore Maintain project documentation, reports, and status summaries to track progress and outcomes Research and apply for utility rebates which differ per project and region Transferring data within Excel to create new workbooks while maintaining its integrity Work with project team to ensure all activities and deliverables are executed promptly Support project management team and other team members as needed Other office duties as assigned Required Skills: Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) Provide an excellent demeanor and personality to represent our company in front of customers Strong time-management, dependability, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills Candidates must be extremely self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently Skills That Will Make You Stand Out Power Automate and Power BI experience Knowledge of scheduling software, Gantt charts etc. Construction industry knowledge, specifically electrical and/or lighting related Strong problem solving skills to proactively identify issues, interdependencies, and solutions Other Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Pass Background Check & Drug Screening Certified as OSHA-10 within 30 days of employment. $40,000 to $70,000 Energyficient is an equal opportunity employer... by being a total turnkey project developer and contractor.
