Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate physician performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic surgical procedures
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures
• Ensure quality patient care throughout the operative procedure
• Continuously monitor and maintain the sterile field during surgery
• Assist with C-section procedures as required

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate of Program Completion in Surgical Technology
• C-section experience is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technologists (NBST) or Association of Surgical Technologists (AST)
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Relevant acute care experience
